BISSELL Auto Replenishments

Anyone with a BISSELL machine that uses formula or accessories like mop pads, brush rolls, filters, and other replenishment items can subscribe.

Replenishment items, like mop pads, brush rolls, filters, and formula are part of our subscription program. It does not apply to broken parts that need replacing.

Your delivery frequency can be customized to your needs. Choose from deliveries once a month or every 2, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.

Your subscription can be paused or canceled by visiting the Manage Auto Replenishment Orders page.

You can resume your subscription by visiting the Manage Auto Replenishment Orders page.

Ahead of each delivery, we will send a reminder email showing the items, prices and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. If one of your items is out of stock, we will let you know in that email.

You can change your delivery address at any time by visiting the Manage Auto Replenishment Orders page.

For subscription orders, we accept all Major Credit/Debit cards.

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, for a refund. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your original purchase to make a return. Cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

• You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return through our Returns portal

• Pay just $4.95 in return shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 on BISSELL.com! No coupon code is needed. Here are rates for other order amounts and shipping methods:

Your credit card will be charged when each individual order is placed for shipment. So if, for example, you purchase an item to auto replenish monthly, then you will be charged once every month. You will receive a reminder email ahead of each delivery with order details and can reschedule, pause, or cancel through your account.

To be a part of the BISSELL Auto Replenishment program, you must add at least one eligible item to your cart with your selected delivery term. There is no minimum purchase amount for subscriptions, just items that qualify and are eligible. Shipping rates may apply.
