Before we get into all that fun stuff, there are a few things you need to do before putting your robot to work. One of the most important things is properly preparing your space. If there are a lot things on your floor, the robot won’t perform at its best, so make sure to get any wires, cords or toys are out of the way. Another thing you need to look out for are area rugs with tassels on the ends. If your robot goes over them, it could get tangled and stop working.

Besides cords and a few types of rugs, there aren’t many pieces of furniture you’ll have to worry about getting in the way of your robot. It’s built with a low-profile design because we know your home is full of hard-to-reach spaces, like under couches and tables, where a traditional vacuum just can’t quite reach, but our robot can. You already know it connects to its own app. But did you know it follows AlexaTM voice commands as well? These smart features help you control your robot from almost anywhere. Through the app, you can start, stop and schedule cleans. It will also monitor the health of your device and notify you when certain problems occur. We wanted to make sure using your robot is as easy as possible, even if you’re miles away from it.
