BISSELL Auto Replenishment Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BISSELL Auto Replenishment™ Program (the “Program”). These terms and conditions ("Terms") are between you and BISSELL Homecare, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“BISSELL” and govern your and our respective rights and obligations under the BISSELL Auto Replenishment™ Program. Please note that your use of the BISSELL.com website is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through the Program, you accept these Terms, which may be updated by BISSELL from time to time. Please check back for the latest Terms. Your enrollment in the Program will continue until you cancel or pause your account through visiting the Manage Auto Replenishment Orders page.

OVERVIEW

Certain BISSELL products are offered on a subscription basis through the Auto Replenishment™ Program, which allows you to receive recurring shipments of products you choose. If you enroll in the Program, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will continue to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel or pause your subscription for those items. You can cancel or modify your subscription via your account at https://www.bissell.com/account/auto-replenishments.

ELIGIBILITY

The Program is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United States. Your participation in the Program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits to any third party.

PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

Products eligible under the Program will be indicated on their respective product pages. Program discounts and any subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the Auto Replenishment icon and only if you are enrolled in the Program and select the Auto Replenishment™ delivery method. Program subscriptions are void where prohibited.

RECURRING PAYMENT METHOD

For Program shipments, which are recurring, you must pay using a credit card or debit card (“payment method”). The charge for each Program shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription account or as otherwise directed by you. Credit card failures may prevent order completion.

If we are unable to process an order with the payment method you used to create your subscription account, you will be contacted by our Consumer Care to obtain a valid payment method. To update your credit card information or payment method, log into your account or contact Consumer Care. You will not receive additional shipments until your payment is successfully processed.

SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO DELIVERY

Your subscription item(s) will automatically ship according to the chosen delivery frequency and quantity you selected, and the payment method provided with your account will be charged each time an order is shipped. The total cost charged to your payment method for each order will be the price of the item on the day that order is processed less the Program discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the quantity and frequency chosen.

SWAPPING OF DISCONTINUED ITEMS

BISSELL updates its products and formulas from time to time so the item that you subscribed to may be discontinued and replaced with a newer model. If that happens, BISSELL will continue your subscription with the new product or a similar model, so your subscription will continue. We will notify you of the swap before your next shipment so you can make changes.

CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your subscription, edit your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or update your payment method or account information, log into your account and select the Manage Auto Replenishment Orders link. You must cancel, skip or pause at least two days before your next ship date to avoid being charged for your next shipment. If you do not cancel your subscription at least two days in advance of your next shipment, you will be charged for your next recurring shipment, and your cancellation will be effective after that shipment.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our standard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your item(s) in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, for a refund. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your original purchase to make a return. Cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded. TERMINATION; CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription(s) at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. We may also, in our sole discretion, cancel the Program at any time without notice to you.

BISSELL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the Program after modification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
